Siamo stati un questo posto a cena qualche giorno fa , abbiamo optato per un menù degustazione scelto dallo chef e non potevamo fare scelta migliore . Lo chef Roberto é preparatissimo e ti spiega ogni singola portata partendo dalla storia e la nascita di quel piatto , tutto qui é creato con enorme passione e dedizione ed il risultato é davvero spettacolare . Il prodotto é fantastico, le portate generose e il pesce freschissimo. Torneremo a provare altro appena possibile Straconsigliato

What a delicious Japanese journey! Roberto is an excellent sushi chef and the fresh fish of ischia make this a truly one of a kind experience. He explained each course and each taste was so special. We have had sushi meals all over the world (including Japan) and this was one of our favorites. The food showed respect of traditional sushi while adding in some fusion flare with Italian ingredients. Highly recommend, not to be missed while on ischia!

Una vera e propria scoperta! Io e il mio compagno abbiamo passato una serata stupenda. Il sushi ci è stato portato e spiegato dalla prima all’ultima portata ed ogni pezzo era unico e squisito! Ci siamo davvero sentiti “a casa” e siamo sicuri di ritornarci presto Consigliatissimo!

Dit was bizar uitmuntend! Roberto is een chef die in meerdere michelin sterren restaurants heeft gewerkt en nu op Ischia de hoogste kwaliteit sushi serveert. Wat een ongelofelijke ervaring, we hebben zoveel geleerd tijdens de omakase. Let op: hij heeft weinig plek dus reserveer vooral! De beste sushi die we in ons hele leven hebben gegeten.

Absolutely fantastic sushi, service and a little bit of history thrown in for good measure. Extremely understated sushi heaven. Two of the friendliest chefs I have ever met with an absolute passion to not only provide a fantastic eating experience but also to educate you a little on the history of the food. We will be back. :-) thank you Roberto and Luigi. :-)
